After the recent plier/crab-leg-fest post, I thought I'd make sure we stay up on our "white trash" status and make a big announcement:
Happy St. Patrick's Day! THE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS HAVE BEEN TURNED OFF!
That's right! As of March 17th, 2010, our deck's christmas lights have officially been turned off.
But, in our defense we had a puppy who had to go out several times a night and the actual deck light just didn't expand to the doggy-doo section. The christmas lights did a great job without lighting up the neighborhood.
Flashlights, you say? Please. Common sense has no place in these parts.
